GENERAL INFORMATION
Total Surface: A vast concession of 52,000m² at the Hidrocarburos dock, complemented by an additional 81,000m² at the Chemical Wharf of the Tarragona Port.
Total Storage Volume: An impressive 331,000 m³ spread across multiple state-of-the-art tank terminals.
Fiscal Mode: Operating under Fiscal Deposit, Customs Warehouse, and Temporary Customs Warehouse, ensuring comprehensive compliance and flexibility.
Berths: Multiple berths at the Dock of Inflammable with a draft of 11 meters and two extensive berths at the Chemical Wharf with a draft of 15.1 meters, accommodating a variety of vessel sizes.
TANKS FEATURES

BERTHS FOR VESSELS
BERTHS AT THE DOCK OF INFLAMMABLE
Maximum DRAFT: 11 meters, suitable for various vessel sizes.
Maximum LOA: Ranging from 190 to 200 meters to accommodate a wide range of vessels.
Equipped with 2 marine loading arms of 10’’, capable of handling five lines (3 of 16’’ and 2 of 10’’).
Features a multiproduct lines “pig” system for efficient operations.
Enhanced safety with a fire prevention system that includes water curtains and automatic tower monitors.
Spill containment boom deployed at sea during anti-pollution operations to protect the environment.
“Ship to ship” service available with a berth at the Chemical Wharf.
BERTHS AT THE CHEMICAL WHARF
Offering 500 meters of berth line, with a draft of 15.1 meters and a LOA of 260 meters, capable of handling vessels over 100,000 DWT.
2 marine loading arms of 16’’, providing operational flexibility for major traffic.
Designed for maximum efficiency and flexibility in handling high traffic volumes.
“Ship to ship” service also available at this berth, ensuring seamless operations across berths.
INSTALLATION OF LOADING TANKER TRUCKS
6 loading stations with all products + two in reserve.
Self service with levers for low loading.
Possibility to load three products simultaneously in the same truck.
5 counters for 6 products, 1.800-2.000 lts/min.
Security systems: Grounding and anti-overflow device (scully). Starting and stop of counter on slow speed.
Recovery of vapours.
Volume counters with 0,05% error maximum.
Counter with 80 micron filter, desaireador and temperature compensation.

Volume counters of large flow rate (2.800 lpm) with 0,05% error maximum.

ADDITION SYSTEM
Additives injection in the line marks ISOIL with an accuracy of 0.05%, minimum injections of 5cc y maximum of 10 lts/min.
Storage of additives and tracer additions: 2 tanks of 3.000 lts. and 3 of 5.000 lts, with the possible extension to 3 tanks of 5.000 lts.
Gear pumps that keep constantly pressurised the circuit.
Closed circuit lines in stainless steel.
VAPOUR RECOVERY UNIT
Installed by The John Zink company on proprietary technology.
Operation on the basis of vapour adsorption of hydrocarbons on beds of activated carbon and subsequent recuperation.
Instantaneous Rate: 41.7m3/min.
Throughput: in 15 minute 350m3, in 4 hour 3.250m3, in 24 hours 8.750m3.
Maximum Reid Vapour Pressure: Summer 0.35 bar absolute/Winter 0.8 bar absolute.
Estimated Product Recovery: from 1 to 2 Litres/1.000 Litres loaded.
Absorbent Circulation Requirement: 43m3/hr.
FIRE PREVENTION AND SAFETY SYSTEM
3 pumps with 800 m3/hr output to 10 Kg/cm2. + 1 jockey for pressurise line permanently.
Double production system of foam AFFF type at 3% (2 x 15.000 lts.) through hydraulic turbine which activates a measuring pump.
Ring buried 14” of epoxy-fibreglass material around the perimeter of the terminal.
17 Hydrants with self-oscillating towers and cabinets equipped with hoses and fire prevention and safety equipment.
All tanks have cooling ring and chambers for injecting foam in case of fire.
